Getting started

• Run the Apview agent on your Mac (menu bar) or Windows PC (agent window).
• Tap the QR icon in the iOS app to pair.
• Open the Live tab and tap Connect.

Windows linking

• Install and open the Apview Windows agent, then keep it open.
• Select Generate pairing code to show the QR or copy the code.
• In the iOS app, tap the QR icon and scan or paste the code.
• Allow the Windows firewall prompt if it appears.

Troubleshooting

• Ensure both devices have internet access.
• Keep the Mac agent running in the menu bar.
• Check that the relay host matches your deployment.
